POLICY FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS

PRODUCTION TIME
Orders usually ship 4 weeks from the date of receipt of order. Allow extra time for shipping especially during holiday seasons. Submissions of production proofs or special packaging adds to production time. RUSH services are available on some jobs.

PACKAGING OF CUSTOM ITEMS
All items are bulk packaged. Additional charges apply for individual or special boxing.

IMPRINT SIZE & POSITION
The standard imprint position is on the FRONT of handled ware unless specified. On handled ware, standard imprint position is on the side facing a right-handed drinker or "front." The side facing a left-handed drinker is the "back." All items specify imprint size area. Artwork will be sized accordingly to the item unless otherwise specified.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Faust Heirlooms reserves the right to commence production upon receipt of the order. Customer will be required to pay for all work completed at time of cancellation. Any changes requested after artwork has been prepared for production will incur additional film and screen charges. All cancellations and changes to any order must be submitted in writing.

NATURE OF CERAMICS
Due to the inherent nature of ceramics produced by foreign and domestic manufacturers, there may be slight imperfections and irregularities which should not be perceived as defective. For example, two-tone mugs such as the Heartland and Tuxedo Style Mugs, may have a spec of color on the white area of the mug. Variations in materials, firing temperatures, and color pigments may result in variations in glaze and imprint colors. Ounces, sizes, and measurements are approximate and may vary from batch to batch, and within each batch. These variations are within industry standard and therefore are considered acceptable.

COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK, AND/OR SERVICE MARK
All material submitted by the customer for use by the factory to produce items ordered will be considered to be in full compliance with all applicable laws in regards to trademark, service mark, copyright, patent or similar protection. When orders are manufactured to customer's specifications, the customer shall hold Faust Heirlooms, a division of Ceramic Treasures, Inc., harmless from any liability for patent, copyright, trademark, or any similar infringements, proprietary rights violations, invasion of privacy or other personal rights violations.

TERMS AND DEPOSITS
All orders for custom imprinted product require a 50% deposit at time of order. The balance is due when order ships.

SHIPPING
All goods are shipped via UPS or FED EX Ground F.O.B. New Iberia, Louisiana. Shipping charges will be based on shipment (standard shipping charges do not apply to custom product orders). We will drop ship and split ship custom orders; note an additional $3.00 charge per address will be charged plus shipping.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE
Any damaged merchandise must be reported upon receipt of shipment. All packing materials (damaged item & all inside packing material including outside shipping box with address & tracking label) must be retained for carrier inspection. Claims reported after 10 days from receipt of shipment or without all packing materials may not be honored.

RETURNS
Custom imprinted products are non-returnable unless defective. All defective products must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of order.
